Good morning beautiful people,

I hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

How have you been sleeping this week? Is there something in the air that is making us dream wildly? There is a full moon and our world is still being shaken at its core to say the least. That maybe it…

What keeps coming up too, is our foundational need to belong although we are being forced to physically distance ourselves from one another. The human spirit is resilient and knows no boundaries, even when forced to.

So on this note, I will invite you to take a deep conscious breath. Feeling your feet on the ground, and the air going through your nostrils. What are you doing to center a little more these days? As your breath out, I will invite you to let go of the thoughts that dim your light, gently, breathing them out.

I recently read that those who hurt us, are merely reflecting our deepest fears. This goes for belonging too, it starts as an inside job, and once we feel that security from within, the outer world has no boundaries.

May we all feel safe
May we all feel healthy
May we all feel at home, inside and outside.

Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or comments, it’s a pleasure to read you.

With love and deep respect

Vanessa
