Good Morning Beautiful People,
I hope that you are all safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.
For the past year and a half, my words have showed up in your inbox weekly, religiously on a Friday morning. It wasn’t planned, I was just expressing something to a friend who said I should write about this and my newsletter began.
I love diversity and reaching out to all 800 of you throughout the world makes my heart feel fuller.
Reading your replies weekly or simply bumping into someone who tells me they liked what I shared pumps me up… and gives me the trust to keep going, even when a voice in my head tells me I have nothing to share.
I have come to realise that whenever one is aligned with a frequency within that is different than that voice that tells us that we are “no bueno,” we always have something to share. Even if it comes out in the form of silence.
On this note, mindful that I am soon embarking on a new parenting adventure, I may not show up as diligently as I once did. Friday morning will remain the chosen day, but it will be bi monthly instead of weekly.
This will be my way to connect, and remind myself to breath, coming back to my precious anchors connecting me to what is, instead of the past and future. On this note, I will finish with this Osho quote someone sent me yesterday and which kind of resonates deeply:
“ … to me, confusion is more valuable than certainty. Certainty is mediocre, certainty is stupid. Certainty simply means that you don’t know.
Only a person who is very ignorant can be certain.”
With Love and Deep Respect,
Vanessa
