Good morning beautiful people,
I hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world. So I haven’t written in two weeks as COVID knocked at my door and the door of the the person who posts these messages (FYI, we are in different continents).
Now that we are all back on our feet, I have been going through a Marie Kondo phase of decluttering like there is no tomorrow. Yes, this year gave me a new post baby body, and it’s time to let go of what I haven’t worn in a while and what doesn’t spark joy when I put it on.
Do you ever feel called to start lightening up the “stuff” in your life, so that you can see clearer, and actually feel lighter? Or are you the type of person who holds on to everything for dear life?
On this note, I am going to invite you to take a deep inhale, feeling your feet on the ground, and the air moving through your chest. As you breath out, how about letting go of everything and anything you no longer need.
Yes, that works in the emotional world, but how about linking the inner to the outer? Maybe it was catching COVID that made everything more real for me, but what are we waiting for? What is it that sparks joy in your life and what doesn’t?
How about taking baby steps or any kind of steps towards what does and stepping away from the actions, the belongings or the thoughts that doesn’t.
May we all know joy,
May we all come back to joy,
May we all trust our inner compass.
With love and deep respect.
