Good morning beautiful people,
I do hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.
Our world is becoming increasingly complex, with on the one hand, a deep desire for inner peace and on the other hand, extreme business, absurd headlines, insane consumerism and increased cost of living.
My intention is by no means to sound negative, but it takes so much more effort than ever before to cultivate a healthy mind and body.
According to Tantra, within all of us, there is an inner masculine ( shiva) and a feminine (shakti), and the two together, coliving in harmony is a winning formula.
Imagine the structure, will and accountability of the masculine, mixed with the creativity and intuition of the feminine. Doesn’t it sound like a delicious combination?
The Buddha actually said: “wellness comes from personal balance, not from bodily perfection.”
It’s all a mirror, so watch the arguments used as you criticise others, it seems there is no coincidence.
Life is indeed a mystery, but what a gorgeous one to be in touch with.
May we access all of our being
May we free ourselves from suffering
May we feel happy
