Good morning beautiful people,
I hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.
The current global situation seems to be stirring a lot of emotions for the majority of us. Blame it on the pandemic or on inner residues that were already present to begin with, who knows.
I am here today to remind you that there are no right or wrong emotions. The practice of meditation is not about feeling good only. It’s about unearthing the golden nuggets that are buried within, whether in our light or darkness, whether in our joy or in feeling sad and angry.
The practice is to stay with what is, not run away from. As soon as we begin to let go of dualities, of good and bad and somehow start welcoming both, we are guided by a wisdom that is beyond our wildest dreams.
On this note, I am going to invite you to take a deep inhale, feeling your feet on the ground and the air moving through your nostrils. As you breath out, how about welcoming more unity within your body. Welcoming compassion and self acceptance in every part of the mix.
“Out beyond ideas of wrong doing and right doing there is a field.
I’ ll meet you there.
When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about.”
Rumi
Whatever you take from this little note, I am here daily at 930am on zoom if you would like to deepen your practice. https://zoom.us/J/6911455565 | password: 739019

May you be healthy,
May you be compassionate,
May you accept what is.
With Love and Deep Respect,
Vanessa
