Good morning beautiful people,
I do hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.
What have you actually been thinking about lately?
According to Dr Joe Dispenza, we think between 60.000 to 70.000 thoughts a day, and 90% of these thoughts are the same as the day before.
“ Our thoughts create our reality”, he says, and “if they can manage to make us unhappy, with more focus and determination, they can also manage to make us happy.”
So, are you ready to become a little more conscious about the thoughts or stories you tell yourself all day long and that don’t help you?
Apparently you can choose your thoughts by watching your mind and replacing the fearful one with what truly is.
On this note, I am going to invite you to take a deep inhale and watch the air coming into your chest. At the same time, how about feeling your belly and your chest expanding. When you feel ready, please breath out anything and everything that is in the way of your new intention to focus on what you tell yourself all day long.
How many times a day are you stopping what you had decided to do because you randomly look at your phone, got food or a coffee?
How many times a day do you talk to yourself negatively? Telling yourself off for the way you are dressed today? Telling yourself off for the way your hair sits today?
How many times a day do you catch yourself judging others? Yes, if you do judge yourself, you will automatically bring out the same energy onto others.
How many times a day do you forget what you were doing because of all the distractions?
How many times a day do you postpone your true offering to the world, belittling yourself and giving into your resistance that is stopping you showing up greatly?
I know i can speak for myself here and answer far too many times to all of the questions above.
Lack of focus can create a lot of drama in life, and full focus, can move mountains.
With love, devotion and intention, anything is possible.
May we all wake a little more to who we truly are.
May we all have full focus on what we wish to create.
May we all be present, doing one thing at a time.
May we all stop being addicted to our phones and to the added noise they create in our head.
Due to Covid keep me in bed this week, I have cancelled my workshop for today, but stay tuned for so much more.
It is time I wake up.
With Love and Deep Respect,
Vanessa
