Good morning beautiful people,
I do hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.
I have to confess that I am again coming back for some kind of connection with you, as writing gives me a sense of peace and feeds with my soul.
“ When our personality comes fully to serve the energy of our soul, that is authentic empowerment. This is the reason for our being and every experience that we have encourages the alignement of our personality with our soul.”
This quote comes from The Seat of the Soul, a book written in 1989 by Gary Zukav, which Oprah says changed her life.
“ The foundations of authentic power are humbleness, forgiveness, clarity and love, which are also synonymous with freedom. An authentically empowered person lives in love. Love is the energy of the soul. Love is what heals the personality. There is nothing that cannot be healed by love. There is nothing but love” says Zukav.
On this note, I am going to invite you to pause and as you take a deep inhale, how about taking in the love that is present at all time? As you breath out, how about becoming mindful that we do have a choice and can always switch our perception from fear to love. It’s just a matter of tuning into a different frequency.
When we judge others, it seems that we automatically judge ourself on the exact same thing. So lets remember that though we think we know better, but we truly don’t know much. Maybe this is the foundation for humbleness, forgiveness, clarity and love.
